I started Emery Books & Tax for the people who would rather be on the job. Whether you’re a contractor, freelancer, or small-business owner, your time is better spent doing what you do best, not managing receipts, invoices, and spreadsheets. When the numbers are inaccurate or left unattended, it’s hard to know how your business is really doing.

That’s where I come in. I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting, and my experience working at accounting firms has taught me that your financials should do more than tell you what happened last month. They need to show you where your business stands and where it’s headed.

At Emery Books & Tax, your records stay clean and organized all year, so tax season holds no surprises. Everything’s in order and no deduction goes unclaimed. But my work doesn’t stop at the books. I give you the tools to understand your numbers, so you can confidently make decisions and build a stronger business.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and a father of two young daughters. I know work is only one part of a much bigger life. That’s why I want to be someone you count on to answer your questions, get the work done right, and help you feel proud of the business you’ve worked so hard to build.
